Associate Membership
To become an Associate Member of this Company upon the terms of its Memorandum and Articles of Association you need to agree to abide by the Rules of Associate Membership, a copy which you will receive by email.

Rules of Associate Membership
1. Associate Membership will be by invitation and will include our present Area and Street collectors and supporters who regularly attend our AGM and provide exceptional support in other ways. The Associate Member’s role is to offer informed advice to the Board.
2. The Members must take account of the advice given by the Associate Members although the Associate Members will not have voting rights.
3. The Associate Members should keep the Members informed of the views expressed in the community and in the various organisations to which they may belong in order that these views may influence decisions taken by the Members.
4. It is intended that Associate Members will receive regular updates about the League’s activities. They should also attend the AGM and any EGM which may be called to keep abreast of developments so that their advice remains well informed.
5. Associate Members will participate in fundraising whenever possible.
6. Associate Members will support the role of the League in the community, ensuring that the role which the League plays in supporting local patients by using our funds for the of benefit local patients is fully and widely understood.
